15 января 2004 г. -- Редакция узла "Мысли о России" узнала, что адвокат М. Виталия по описанному ранее иску, получил от адвокатов истца сообщение о том, что его не будут допрашивать (перевод редакции "МоР"; оригинал -- в английском тексте):

"Ввиду обстоятельств, наши клиенты довели до нашего сведения, что они не собираются производить допросы и попросили нас отменить их".

Jan. 15, 2004 -- "Russia-talk" editors learned that the attorney representing Metropolitan Vitaly in the matter described earlier, was notified by the attorneys representing the petitioners that there'll be no more depositions, as follows :

"Given the circumstances, our clients have indicated to us that they will not proceed with the deposition and have asked us o cancel same."
